Club & Federation Management
ProShot Systems is the management platform for the bodies that govern clay target shooting and the clubs that run it — members, competitions, classifications and national reporting in one system.
Built for the stand.
No setup fee to talk. A walkthrough takes about 20 minutes.

What we build
Organisations and clubs buy the platform. Their coaches and shooters get the apps that feed it — and every tier works without the one above it.
Run the sport in your country.
National classifications, event sanctioning, and aggregated reporting across every affiliated club — for the bodies that govern the sport.
Run the club from one place.
Members, competitions, live scoring, and federation-ready reporting — a complete operations platform for your club.
Coach smarter, not harder.
Structured sessions, per-student analytics, and shareable insights — for club staff coaches and private coaches alike.
Know what you missed, why you missed it, and how to fix it.
The scoring app your shooters already carry. Offline-first field scoring for Compak Sporting, Sporting Clays and English Sporting (Doubles) — every round flows back into your club and federation records.
Free checklist
Six things a modern scoring system must do on competition day — entries, squadding, offline scoring, live results and federation reporting. Yours for an email address; no account needed.
One email with the checklist. Occasional product notes after that — unsubscribe anytime. Read our Privacy Policy.
One connected journey
Each tier adds value without becoming a gate. Organisations and clubs run the sport; coaches and shooters use the same connected records to improve it.
Set the standards for the sport: classifications, sanctioned events and an honest view across every affiliated club.

Club owner story
We sat down with Frik Viljoen of Proshot Clay Target Club to talk through the move from paper score sheets to KillCountAI — how it changed the way his club runs day to day, and what it did for his business.
