When you create an account on a ProShot Systems product, we store your name, email address, and optionally your phone number and profile photo. Depending on the product, we also store club, organisation, competition, scoring, and membership information you add or that is shared with you.

If you submit your email through a form on this website, we store that email address and which page it came from.

We use this information to operate the platform: managing accounts, memberships, competitions, scoring, classifications, and connections between shooters, coaches, clubs, and organisations.

We use website form submissions to respond to your request and send occasional product updates. You can opt out of updates at any time.

Information is visible to the clubs, coaches, organisations, squads, or event organisers you choose to connect with, according to the permissions of the relevant product. We do not sell your personal information.

You can update your profile details in the app. To request a copy of your data, or to ask us to correct or delete your account and associated data, contact us at hardus@proshotsystems.com.
